These Terms of Use (these “Terms”) describe the terms and conditions by which you may access and/or use the website(s), including but not limited to www.multiplan.com and any successor URL(s) which re-direct to these Terms and which are operated by or on behalf of the entities comprising MultiPlan (collectively, the “Site”), and any related documentation and online services provided through the Site by MultiPlan Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“MultiPlan,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). Please carefully read the Terms before using this Site.

By accessing and/or using the Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and how your information will be collected, used, and disclosed as set forth therein. These Terms apply to all visitors of the Site (collectively, “Users,” and as applicable to you, “you” or “your”).

These Terms incorporate by reference any other online terms you have entered into for MultiPlan products and services. To the extent you have entered into any separate agreements with us, those applicable separate agreements shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of such conflict.

Restrictions and Acceptable Use
